Transfer Certificate (TC)

How it works

1. 1
   Submit the TC request form

   Fill in the online TC Request Form (or the printed form at the school office). One month’s notice, or one month’s fee in lieu of notice, is required.

   The office confirms your request

   The school office checks the details against school records and contacts you on the phone number you give.

3. 3
   Get clearances and clear all dues

   Clearance is needed from the library, laboratory and accounts. If the TC is requested before the session ends, tuition and transport fees for the current quarter are payable.

4. 4
   Collect your TC

   The TC is issued about a fortnight after the request is received and all dues are cleared. A parent or guardian collects it from the school office.
